This poor pup was helpless and couldn’t pull his tongue away, but a hero came to help him.
He saw the poor dog stuck to the frozen sewer lid, his heart went out to the poor animal. Standing there in the freezing winter air, the dog’s tongue had become completely stuck to the icy metal, and it was clear that it could not get free on its own.
