I love to run and play fetch with my toys, but herding is my real passion. I could do it all day! My humans are always so impressed with how quickly I can get the sheep to go where they need to go.
And I love the look of relief on their faces when they realize that I’ve got everything under control. It’s just another day on the farm for me, but I’m always happy to help out however I can.
This is a video of a dog herding sheep. I am a professional dog herder, and I have been doing this for many years. I have found that the best way to keep the sheep in line is to keep them close together, and to move them along at a steady pace.
I use my body and my voice to keep the sheep moving in the right direction, and I make sure to keep an eye on them at all times.
